It has been a year full of transformations, be it our relationships with ourselves, our loved ones, and the spaces we frequent. As we spend more time at home, many of us would eventually grow bored of the same artwork, throw pillows, the one small plant we have tucked into a corner of the room – we could go on and on. Thus, many households have embarked on facelifts to breathe new life into their sanctuaries even when it comes to the appliances. Jumping on this trend, electronics powerhouse Samsung has announced the release of the customisable BESPOKE refrigerators.

The BESPOKE series features three models: the four-door flex, the bottom mount freezer, and the one-door flex, which can be mixed and matched with one another to complement the owner’s needs. This line also includes the brand’s reversible door technology that enables owners to adjust the direction in which they would like to open the fridge.

These fridges are designed with sleekness, aesthetics, and versatility in mind. The flat panel doors have recessed handles to create a seamless and clutter-free look that blends into the rest of the cabinetry and furnishings in the kitchen. Not to mention that the appliance comes in five colourways to match your dream style: glam white, pink, blue, and satin grey, and sky blue.

Aside from the typical purposes of keeping food fresh, the BESPOKE four-door flex refrigerators come with Samsung’s FlexZone, which allows owners to switch between freezer mode and fridge mode of a particular compartment with five different temperature settings. This particular four-door model is equipped with the FlexCrisper compartment that is built to retain the optimal freshness of meat and fish as well.

To showcase the possibilities of customisation in the future, Samsung Singapore has launched a design contest to the public – participants are tasked to use the BESPOKE line up as their canvas and submit an original artwork of their choice. The grand prize winner will take home a BESPOKE fridge while the consolation prizes include the Samsung Galaxy Watch, Galaxy Buds, and Colour Microwave Oven.
