Ever harboured fantasies of running your very own pub but that somehow died together with other life aspirations? Good news — now you can because dreams do come true. In celebration of St Patrick’s Day this Sunday, Guinness is teaming up with Tourism Ireland to give away an opportunity of being your very own boss for a weekend to you and three other friends — set in a pub in Ireland for 48 hours. Taking place in Joseph’s McHugh’s Pub and located along Wild Atlantic Way in Co. Clare, the building will be rebranded with the winner’s name. You’ll not be left to your own devices — learn how to pour a perfect pint of Guinness with a beer expert guiding you, while aided with specially curated tasting beer and food menus by a chef and an in-house DJ to set the festive mood right with good vibes.

But that’s not all — prior to the weekend pub stint, you’ll get to experience true Irish hospitality and soak in Ireland’s natural wonders with a week-long journey across the island. Ever wondered how a pint of Irish dry stout is made? A once in a lifetime access to St. James’s Gate Brewery will be granted where a private Guinness immersion will take place; allowing you to meet the brewers behind your beer and ending off the tour with a Guinness and food pairing menu. Here’s raising a pint to new experiences, friendship and taking charge of your own Irish pub this St. Patrick’s Day.

The competition begins March 14, 2019 @ 7:00 a.m. GMT/3:00 a.m. ET and closes on March 18th, 2019 at 23:59 GMT (March 18th, 2019 at 7:59 p.m. U.S. Eastern Time) The trip will be held from 22 April28 April 2019.
