It’s not about blending in, it’s about standing out

Here's a piece of career advice we really like: Dress for success. Or was it dress to impress? Either way, anything that encourages us to sharpen our style is always good advice. And don't just be thinking about blazers and skirt suits – accessorise!

Shoes, bags, jewellery... Go for it. But truly, the one thing that would really stand you apart from others is a classic honest-to-goodness wristwatch.

You could simply get wristed with one of the many can't-go-wrong timeless classics but why be predictable when you can be... distinctive? Some of the season's latest watches have literally just been launched at the recent Time To Move event in Switzerland.

Brands such as Omega, Blancpain, Breguet, Harry Winston, Jaquet Droz and Glashutte Original offer a mix of the familiar and the fascinating.

This year saw a bumper crop of ladies timepieces from everyday wearable pieces to breath-taking haute joaillerie creations.

Click through the galleries to see our top picks of the best workwear timepieces from Time To Move 2019.
