The Bettie Page of horology makes its entrance with the Ulysse Nardin limited edition Hourstriker Pin-Up

Haute horlogerie and burlesque crosses paths in the Hourstriker Pin-Up, Ulysse Nardin's new movement that sees an alluring figure posed upon a black dial, resplendent in her colourful peacock attire that speaks of seduction. A work of art in miniature that plays a tantalising game, the charm of the mysterious dancer is brought to life as a result of the Swiss maison's skilled in-house painters using acrylics to delicately illustrate every tiny feathered detail and sensual curve — a meticulous handworked process that takes anywhere between 50 to 90 hours of manpower.

Drawing attention as surely as a traditional pin-up poster, this limited edition timepiece further enthralls with a Jacquemarts hourstriker function that activates on the hour and half-hour, or whenever the wearer's fancy strikes by depressing the push-button. Driven by a self-winding mechanical calibre UN-610 with a 42-hour power reserve, the Ulysse Nardin Hourstriker Pin-Up is form and function brimming with a sexy decadence that calls for appreciation with a side of wolf whistling.

The Hourstriker Pin-Up is available at the Ulysse Nardin boutique at The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands, Level L1-57. Limited to 28 pieces.
