Montblanc’s newest concept boutique opens at Paragon
Montblanc knows how to do auspicious. Rolling out the red carpet for the launch of its new space at Paragon, the inauguration ceremony had all the works: A boisterous lion dance, the avatar of the fortune god, and a new celebrity friend of the brand, local artiste Desmond Tan. There was certainly more than enough prosperity to go around amidst the gathered guests and curious onlookers — and all this on Valentine's Day and the afternoon before CNY to boot.
Embracing the festive spirit to the fullest as the doors to its latest concept store opened to media and public alike, the new 82.5 square metre boutique designed by Noé Duchaufour-Lawrance is the sixth in the maison's portfolio and reinforces their commitment to the luxury retail experience. With an emphasis on their longstanding heritage and fine European craftsmanship, Montblanc signatures such as leather goods and classic writing instruments as well as timepiece collections are all elegantly laid out in a sleek, minimalist interior that beckons you in.
And in keeping with its positioning as the 'Maison of Fine Lifetime Companions', the new boutique offers on-the-spot embossing for its leather goods and engraving for writing instruments — a first for Montblanc not just at its Paragon store, but in the Southeast Asian region among all its brick-and-mortar locales. Permanently stationed in-store, this VIP service lets you choose from a curated variety of fonts and colours, and requires but five minutes to add a personalised flair to your new purchase(s) compared to the typical five days it used to take. Time to take your CNY money out for a spot of shopping at Montblanc, we reckon.
The new Montblanc boutique is located at Paragon, Level 01-28.
