The Octa Divine from F.P Journe’s signature Octa Collection gets a dimensional upgrade

Size does matter — take it from F.P Journe's Chronomètre Optimum, Quantième Perpétuel and the Octa Lune that have made the leap in proportions. Joining these timepieces in the big leagues is the Octa Divine as it moves up in the world of haute horlogerie.

Entirely restructured for an elegant streamlined appearance, the new re-issue boasts a substantial 42mm diametre and its larger dial features a contrasting visible date display, as well as a neatly defined power reserve indicator. Varying sized numerals ring around the watch for a lively modernised look, balanced with classic nuances of F.P Journe: The iconic blued steel hands, the sapphire moon phase disk and a smoothly polished steel circle affixed on the dial are all retained characteristics unique to the Swiss watchmaker.

Powered by a Calibre 1300.3 coated in 18-carat rose gold with an exclusive unidirectional automatic-winding rotor, the Octa Divine runs on a self-locking ball bearing system to ensure each single movement is optimised. Indeed, perfection is better viewed on a wider panorama.

The Octa Divine is available at Malmaison by The Hour Glass, F.P. Journe's official retailer.
