New and noted: The latest watch and jewellery launches from Seven Friday, Casio, August Berg, Tateossian, Daniel Wellington, Tom Wood
Gentlemen, we've said it and we'll say it again: Accessorise! Don't just head out with your wrists bare, your hands without any jewellery, and your jacket without a lapel pin. These details matter. And when you've gotten the hang of it, accessorising can actually be quite fun.
Dress up your plain black jacket, and don't just stick to lapel pins – go cop a nice gem-set brooch from the lady's jewellery box. Something like the Tiffany & Co. Save the Wild brooch would do the job beautifully. Even better, the American jeweller recently launched an entire collection just for men.
Too busy to go hunting? Worry not. Every week we scour the Internet to bring you the latest drops in men's watches and accessories.
What's New This Week
Seven Friday T-Series
The casual cool lifestyle brand presents its new watch, the T-Series, which comes in either blue or green. Very cool, with skeleton movement and gradient dial, although we're most excited about the matching sunnies that pair with each model. They're sold separately, but made in the same shape and with the same material as the watch crystal.
T-Series is priced from $1,290 and the matching sunglasses from $335
Available at Red Army Watches and Watch Wonderland.
Casio G-Shock GM-5600
If you love the full stainless steel G-Shock, this interesting steel-resin hybrid might strike your fancy too. It offers the cool glint of metal but remains comfortable and lightweight. Casio has released three models: silver on black, black ion plated steel on black, and black ion plated steel on khaki green. That last one is perfect if you're a fan of camo print.
GM-5600 is priced at $259 and GM-5600B at $279
Available at all G-Shock boutiques (except IMM).
August Berg Serenity
The beauty is in the details with this all-new timepiece collection, where Scandinavian design meets everyday comfort and versatility. There are dials in various tones of blue, silver, black and green, and all kinds of fun straps. Every watch sold pledges S$5 to Human Practice Foundation, an NGO dedicated to offering quality education to children in Asia and Africa.
The Serenity collection starts from $239.
Available at Norbreeze boutiques in Raffles City, NEX, Westgate, Vivo City, TANGS Orchard and Takashimaya.
Tateossian X Elton John
Still tapping your feet to Tiny Dancer in Rocketman? So are we! From 14th October indulge your inner Elton John with new rocket themed accessories by Tateossian. Enameled rockets, star glasses, and bejewelled letter E's bring a pop of colour and a dash of fun.
Rocket Man necklace from US$165 and cufflinks from US$235
Available online here.
Daniel Wellington Iconic Link
A very modern and minimalist take on a timeless design, the Iconic Link offers an upscale metal three-link bracelet - a perpetually winning look even Hailey Bieber is a fan of. We're loving the butterfly clasp on the back that's comfortable and also very secure. There are three sizes: 28mm, 32mm and 36mm, and two choices of metal and dial colours.
Iconic link is priced at $279 for the smaller models and $299 for the large model
Retailing at all Daniel Wellington stores.

A Norwegian label offering jewellery, menswear, womenswear, and accessories. Tom Wood is now at Dover Street Market Singapore. Find exclusive pieces not on sale anywhere else as well as classic pieces such as its captivating hard stone signet rings (love them!) from the latest collection.
