Calvin Klein's first bottle of the Eternity fragrance was inspired by his own romantic gesture. In 1986, Klein married photographer Kelly Rector, for whom he bought a ring during an auction. Inscribed in this diamond ring was
the word 'Eternity', and it turned out to be the same ring the Duke of Windsor had given his spouse, becoming a true symbol of everlasting love. Eternity became a fragrance for lovers and a symbol of sensuality and intimacy.
Made to transcend time, like true love, the classic edition represented 'Earth', and was followed by the Aqua version, and this year, by Eternity Air. Timeless and precious, the scent has versions for men and women.
