Shangri-La x Klook: A collaboration that redefines the standards of a hotel

These days, hotels do more than just providing an abode to lay your head. In fact, they aim to enhance your time out of the premises. Shangri-La Hotel & Resorts definitely made sure of that — by joining forces with world-leading booking activities platform on Klook. Their collaboration will offer guests a deeper discovery of local experiences by enabling direct access to some of the world's best activities provided by Klook.

For starters, Shangri-La x Klook has rolled out two initiatives — the Klook Concierge and Golden Circle Redemption Programme. With the Klook Concierge, guests can book local activities throughout their stay via a tablet at the hotel concierge, even at the very last minute. This initiative will make its first appearance in Bangkok, Singapore, and Hong Kong. If you are a member of Shangri-La's Golden Circle programme — good news — for each experience booked through Klook concierge, members get to earn Golden Circle Award points. The redemption initiative allows members to redeem their points for selected Klook experiences such as top eats and unique tours as well as relaxing treatments in Shangri-La's prestigious Chi, The Spa in Singapore, Bangkok, Beijing, and Shanghai. It's win-win, no matter which side you're on. 

To mark the partnership launch, Shangri-La will offer Golden Circle members 100 Golden Circle Award points on every booking on the Klook Concierge, while Klook will offer a platform-wide discount of 5% on its experiences until 28 Feb 2019.
