This lobster buffet is proof that the Maine lobster can be enjoyed in more ways than one

Love lobster? You're in for a real treat. Lime restaurant is reviving its wildly popular lobster buffet from 27 May to 19 June. Put on your bibs and be prepared to get your hands dirty. The veritable lobster fest sees Executive Chef Deepak Mishra cooking up the Maine lobster in 10 different ways: Poached with Marie rose sauce, topped with truffled hollandaise and espelette, served in a risotto, and more. The ubiquitous chili crab makes its way into the line-up as well, featuring what else but lobster in its place. Other Asian-leaning interpretations of the crustacean include wok-fried black pepper lobster and lobster coated with salted egg yolks.

Accompanying the spread of lobster dishes is a hearty selection of cheese, sashimi, sushi, and rotisserie chicken served with roasted vegetables. Needless to say, dessert is available as well and comes in the form of durian pengat, assorted Nonya kuehs, and a chocolate fondue fountain.

The promotion runs daily from 27 May to 19 June 2016 and is available for dinner at $99++ per person. For more information, visit Parkroyal on Pickering.
