CÉ LA VI Singapore presents Sky High Gourmet Fiesta: Dishes from Dave Pynt of Burnt Ends, Andrew Walsh of Bao Boy, and more top chefs
All hands on deck
We know CÉ LA VI as the iconic rooftop dining destination at Marina Bay Sands, but beyond the delicious tipples and unparalleled views of our city's skyline, comes an exclusive experience, set to happen every quarter this year. The first being Sky High Gourmet Fiesta on 19 January — held in collaboration with the San Pellegrino team — and returning for its second run. This gastronomic soirée will feature five of Singapore's top chefs with the likes of chef Dave Pynt of Burnt Ends, chef Kurt Sombero of Meatsmith, chef Andrew Walsh of Butcher Boy and Bao Boy, chef Drew Nocente of Salted & Hung, and chef Carlos Montobbio of Esquina.
It's safe to say that these industry heavyweights will bring forth their epic culinary prowess, to which they have individually crafted dishes just for this event. Unlike the usual operations, cover charges will be waived on that day from 12pm to 4pm, giving diners complimentary access to the fiesta. Come hungry of course, and eat your way through the innovative diverse plates (that come at $20 per dish).
There's something here for everyone, whether you're craving Asian spices or Spanish flavours. Expect no less from chef Dave on the grill, with top-notch cuts to offer, while chef Kurt will present his authentic style of Southern-American smoked grub. Chef Andrew to reinvent Asian cuisine with a fun variety of baos and buns, and chef Drew's Australian grub with expert nuances from his specialty of curing and grilling. Last but not least, delectable plates of Spanish tapas courtesy of chef Carlos.
What's better than spending a Sunday with these famed chefs and treating ourselves to standout grub while soaking up Singapore's skyline? We honestly can't think of anything else.
