CÉ LA VI and Sanpellegrino host Sky High Gourmet Fiesta: A Dirty Dozen Edition, celebrating World’s 50 Best Restaurants 2019
Up in the clouds
Dining with a view can never be overrated – there truly is nothing quite like it. Nevertheless, even with its prime location of being perched at the top of Marina Bay Sands in the bag, CÉ LA VI has bigger things to offer. For the first time ever, the restaurant and Sanpellegrino will host Sky High Gourmet Fiesta: A Dirty Dozen Edition on 25 June — featuring a headliner menu brought to life by an epic collaboration between 12 local chefs and mixologists. Certainly, a befitting prelude to the World's 50 Best Restaurants ceremony, which would happen later that evening in the hotel.
If you're wondering how 12 culinary pros can share one stage, just wait till you see exactly how diverse and scrumptious the menu promises to be. We're talking lamb and eel dishes from the chefs of Burnt Ends and Meatsmith, Korean uni bibimbamp from Kimme, Spanish ceviches from Tono Cevicheria, and, of course food from CÉ LA VI's own chefs Joey Sergentakis and Joeri Timmermans. Local celebrity chef Janice Wong and her works of creation will also make an appearance at the event, with her visionary desserts accompanying her.
That's not all. Expect a good sighting of tipples and concoctions available on hand, including handy options like Tea Forte's premium brews, and artisanal spirits with the likes of Jose Cuervo tequila, Grey Goose vodka, and Zacapa rum (among others) that will please any heavy hitters.
Limited tickets available here at $200 per pax for a 3-hour gourmet lunch spread (12pm to 3pm) on 25 June 2019.
