Air France x Odette's Julien Royer: 12 specially curated main dishes for La Première and Business class

This year seems to be off to a bangin' start for Odette's co-owner and two-Michelin-starred chef, Julien Royer. With the recent announcement of Odette's new crowning as Asia's best restaurant, Air France has revealed that the airline will be establishing a year-long partnership with chef Julien. This partnership will also commemorate the airline's first Michelin-starred collaboration in Singapore. From April 2019 to March 2020, a total of 12 specially curated main dishes will be introduced — six for Business class and La Première (First class) respectively; with the menu rotating every two months.

However, this delectable line-up isn't catered just for any Air France's flights — but only onboard long-haul flights from Singapore to Paris-Charles de Gaulle. If you are lucky enough to be flying out on flight AF 257 on 9 April, you will be able to meet the man himself as he will be boarding the plane as part of Air France's signature event "Oh my Chef!"."Apicius" duck leg, duck jus with apples and confit lemons

Here's the million dollar question — what can we expect from the new tailor-made menu? In Business Class, highlights include seafood offerings such as grilled scallops with carrot mousseline and saffron nage (April 2019/ October 2019) and sea bass with confit onion jam, ratatouille and squid with confit lemons (August 2019/ February 2020). In La Première, tuck into the cod confit with rosemary and paimpol coconut, with raw chorizo (April 2019/ October 2019) or try the sweet and savoury duck leg, doused in duck jus made with apples and confit lemons (June 2019/ January 2020).

Think we know which airline to start saving our miles for now.
