BMW's Cruise M Bike takes two-wheeled power to the next level
Sometimes, two wheels are better than four
Following the launch of the BMW M2 Coupé, the German luxury motoring company has unveiled an unexpected addition to the M series — a limited edition BMW Cruise M Bike that echoes the experience of the coupé on two wheels instead of four.
Taking its cues from the car, the pedal-powered ride sports the same striking blue metallic finish as its four-wheeled counterpart and robust technical components. Moreover, a hydro-formed aluminium neck reminiscent of the tank position on a motorcycle gives the bike a distinctly masculine feel. Unlike the fixie bikes so favoured by hipsters, you'll find the bike fitted with a 30-gear system and Shimano hydraulic disc brakes, which means you can really take this beast on the road.
The BMW Cruise M Bike is produced in a limited run of 1,500 units and is available at selected BMW retail partners.
