These aren't any ordinary workouts, but are demonstrated with animation and countdown timers in place to keep track of your pace and posture.

Not picky about the swanky interface? Opt for the vivoactive 4 and 4s, which offers the same arsenal of fitness animated workouts. You'll also be able to access other health monitoring features like advance sleep tracking with Pulse Ox, abnormal heart rate alerts, menstrual cycle tracking, hydration reminders and more. A star feature is Innovative Body Battery, that measures your energy levels in that exact moment — determining which workout is best, how much rest you need, and when should you go to sleep.
