TikTok's one billion users can attest to how easy it is to get sucked in, spending hours on end consuming content, even with the growing pandemic on our hands. Now of late, birthing the dalgona coffee trend, which has been recreated on everyone’s social media feeds. Inspired by the South Korean dalogna candy, this trend was first popularised on TikTok, racking over 10 million views on its tutorial video.
Taking the internet by storm, this fad has united coffee addicts and the inquisitive. How? Because of three simple ingredients. Yup, that's the best part? It takes less than five minutes to whip up.

What you'll need:
1. Two tablespoons of Instant Coffee
2. Two tablespoons of Sugar
3. Two tablespoons of Hot water
Mix them all together using a hand blender (Bosch's 800 W makes a great choice) to beat mixture until its thick and caramel brown. Add milk, ice, top it off with the coffee mixture and voilà — you've got yourself a sugary toffee drink with a beautifully thick sponge-like consistency. If you're more of a tea person, swap out instant coffee with matcha green tea.
