#SaturdaySessions: Berry bonanza milkshake
It's thick, rich, and decadent down to the last sip

Milkshakes have come a long way since its vanilla days. Now that we live in a time of froyos and acai bowls, milkshakes have sadly slid into oblivion. But if you're looking to treat yourself, we prescribe this brilliant concoction crafted by the chefs at OverEasy Orchard. It's rightly rich, filled with mixed berries (take heart that you're getting your antioxidant fix), and amped up with plenty of good ol' chocolate. Nostalgia has never tasted this good. 


Here's what you'll need

Serves 1

For the milkshake base:
48g heavy cream
32g UHT milk

For the milkshake:
100ml milk
80g milkshake base
75g strawberry ice cream
75g chocolate ice cream
60g frozen mixed berries (raspberries, strawberries, blueberries)
30ml Hershey's chocolate sauce
15ml Crawley's grenadine
2 marshmallows, for garnish

How to make it

1. For the milkshake base, mix the heavy cream with the UHT milk and freeze the mixture.

2. Blend all ingredients, except the marshmallows, together.

3. Garnish with marshmallows and serve.
