These days I'm busy with edible art exhibitions and our new product placements in London.

A hawker stall I would queue for is Heng Kee chicken curry noodles at Hong Lim Food Centre. 

I'm a regular at Mrs Pho.

When I need to eat clean, I eat chia pudding and berries for breakfast, salad and a smoothie for lunch, chicken ginseng soup for dinner.

My favourite bar in Singapore is Manhattan. I always order a glass of Mitcher's US1 Straight Rye. It has house cherry brandy, mancino rosso vermouth and angostura bitters.

My guilty pleasure for desserts is tiramisu from 2am: dessertbar.

My go-to supper spot is Newton circus. I go straight for the oyster omelette or po piah.

For weekend brunch with friends, we head to Super Loco at Robertson Quay.

The best place to get a meal with seafood is No Signboard Seafood.

For special occasions, I visit Odette or Luke's Oyster Bar, where I'm a fan of the classic burger.

My all-time favourite restaurant is Keng Eng Kee Seafood.

I grew up eating In Chinatown. Constant dishes include cray fish noodles, chicken curry noodles, porridge, all the local foods. 

For dining with family, I go to Lei Garden Chijmes.

The food scene in Singapore is dynamic. It is constantly evolving with new concepts.
