Two nights. Twelve courses. One epic meal

When elBulli, one of the most exclusive temples of gastronomy, drew its shutters in 2011, the culinary world heaved a collective sigh. But come October, foodies will once again get the chance to savour a taste of the restaurant's famed offerings. A two-night only dinner on 23 and 24 October will see Ferran Adriá himself collaborating with Amber's executive chef, Richard Ekkebus, to present a 12-course dinner in restaurant Amber, located at The Landmark Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong. 

elBulli 2005–2011

The dinner, priced at HK$10,888 (approximately SGD2002), doesn't come cheap. But those with deep pockets will get to nibble their way through a Dom Perignon Champagne reception with snacks, before heading into the 12-course dinner paired with wine. 


Guests will also be invited to attend a talk on gastronomy where they will get to ask Adriá questions and snap a #Wefie with him. Each guest will also walk away with a vintage elBulli menu signed by Adriá along with a signed copy of elBulli 2005-2011.
