Cocktail recipes to make at home based off vodka, ginger beer, and spice

While we are starting to get used to the new normal of stay-home routines, one thing we sorely miss has to be sitting by the bar come happy hour. When weekends are jumbled up with weekdays, it seems as though our days are spent on a never-ending carousel — cooped in with cabin fever. The solution? Concocting your own cocktails.
On that note, Temple House's lounge and bar, Jing, shares a cocktail recipe for their Sichuan Mule. Weaving spicy flavours into the mix, this refreshing spike of heat will switch up your typical tipple game at home. Perfect for humid days at home.
Jing's Sichuan Mule
What you'll need:
45ml Vodka infused with Ginger & Pepper
15 Mint Leaves
4 Lime wedges
How to make it:
Fill your mug (or glass) with crushed ice and add the infused vodka. Squeeze the limes and top it all off with the ginger beer. Once you're done, give it a nice stir, add in a pretty garnish —like a mint sprig.
