#BuroLive Episode 7: Ice cream taste test with Jerrold Khoo and Anthony Yeoh
When homegrown ice cream company Creamier opened their first café in Toa Payoh, it didn't take them long to pack out the joint. Fluffy waffles, aromatic teas, and batches of freshly churned ice cream beckoned diners to return for more. Besides sating our ice cream cravings, this friendly neighbourhoood ice cream store is also active in giving back to the community. To that end, they've collaborated with F&B insiders to birth a flight of unusual ice cream flavours. All proceeds from the sales of these special flavours go straight to charity. In this episode, we taste a flavour Creamier's created with a little help from Jerrold Khoo, principal bartender at Jigger & Pony. Anthony Yeoh, head chef of Cocotte, lends his taste buds for the challenge.
