Best steakhouses in Singapore: CUT by Wolfgang Puck, Luke's Oyster Bar & Chophouse, The Feather Blade, and more
Steaks are high
When you think of celebrating an occasion, or perhaps just to salvage a really bad day, a glass of red and a tender juicy steak pop into most people's minds. But there are many varying factors that could make or break a piece of priced cut. Time spent on the grill, quality of meats, dip choices, and who the chef is — the stakes are high. So carnivores out there, here are our favourite steakhouses.
The Feather Blade
Garnering quite the fan base with many flocking in for their Flat Iron steaks, The Feather Blade first stole the hearts of meat-eaters when they promoted their free wagyu steaks. Founder Sheen, applied his crafts from the popular restaurant Flat Iron Steak in London, into affordably priced grilled beef. But not without a modern Asian twist to it. The in-house sauces present the chef's take on well-loved Asian flavours including the Asian Sichuan peppercorn sauce. If that's not your thing, then you can opt for the weekly specialties such as picanha and chuck-eye steaks with a side of mushrooms, potatoes, spinach or corn.

Luke's Oyster Bar & Chophouse
Ringing true to its name, Luke's specialises in sourcing and butchering the best meat to produce their specialty chop house classics. Even their table snacks, which sound deceivingly simple, are grand and decadent, as they ensure your meat cravings are satisfied right off the bat with their chophouse steak sliders served with grilled onions and boursin. As juicy as those sound, however, we're not about to settle for bite-sized meat chunks — not when their full chops are as lavish as they are. Luke's Bone-in Tenderloin Au Poivre is a prime example of a 300g steak that will attack all your senses — complete with peppercorn crust and mustard cognac jus. Customers who really want to just drown in pleasure can add grilled foie gras or a half lobster tail to this piece of heaven in your mouth. And, of course, they have a 400g USDA Prime Rib Eye steak that can be served either "naked" or in the "luau" style. If variegation is what you desire, they also have great seafood options including a lobster pot pie and jumbo lump crab cakes.
