This March, a grand art decor bar is set to open in one of Singapore's most iconic buildings
Come March, a new bar on the block is bound to turn some heads. Tucked away in the iconic Parkview Square, the Atlas Grand Lobby and Bar makes a nod to the grand Art Deco lobbies of Europe. Helmed by head bartender Roman Foltán and maître d’ Carla Davina Soares — the talented duo from London's award-winning Artesian at The Langham — the bar is set to bring more than just a few superlatives to the table.
For one, the gin collection housed in a ceiling-high tower ranges from 1910 London dry gins to modern boutique craft gins sourced from the world over. Love your bubbly? The walk-in Champagne Room harbours an exclusive champagne collection, including rare acquisitions from Asia’s most covetable champagne lists. Foodwise, executive chef Daniele Sperindio, formerly of The Tippling Club Group, will offer a menu inspired by the flavours of Art Deco Europe. Atlas is expected to open for breakfast, lunch, afternoon high tea and dinner. Needles to say, bar hours will run into the wee hours of the morning.
Opening March 2017. Parkview Square. 600 North Bridge Road. Tel: 6396 4466
