Imagine a platter of eggs, fluffy pancakes, and waffles drenched in maple syrup  sounds like the perfect hearty meal to start your day. But why shouldn't it also be the last meal of the day? Since the beginning of time, society has entrenched in the back of our minds the belief that breakfast foods are only acceptable to have in the morning. Which frankly, in the wise words of Ron Swanson from Parks & Recreation, "C'mon, there has never been a sadness that can't be cured by breakfast food." That means come day or night, you're entitled to tuck into a gooey bed of scrambled eggs and baked beans on toast.

Leave it to these restaurants in Singapore to serve you. Then get a good night's sleep after what's dubbed to be 'the most important meal of the day'.

Clinton Street Baking Co. & Restaurant

Starting out as a small wholesale baking company in New York City, Clinton Street Baking Co. has earned its namesake for setting a distinct standard in pancakes. Well considering that they have been voted twice as the best blubbery pancakes in all of New York City by New York Magazine  it's safe to say that the food will definitely not be a let-down. And the best part? You can taste the signature stack on our shores. All-time favourites include pancakes with warm maple butter topped with blueberry sauce and the award-winning chicken and waffles meal, drizzled in sweet maple butter.
