A cocktail recipe to make at home from a bottle of rum, by Nineteen80
Cheers from home
Not that we're keeping count, but it's only day two of us working from our jammies and waving at our screens. And to be honest, we're already on the brink of losing it. If there had to be a silver lining from our country's circuit breaker — day-drinking is now socially acceptable, since there's literally no one that would be on your case if you're sipping on wine right after that 10am Zoom call.
Retro hideout Nineteen80 wants to bring the bar to your address. And on that note, they've offered up their favourite rum-based cocktail for you to recreate from home, coupled with their own jive-worthy 80s Spotify Playlist. So, dust off your abandoned bottles of rum and shake it up with this tasty rum-based cocktail recipe here.
What you'll need:
15ml Dark Rum
15ml White Rum
15ml Gula Melaka
15ml Low Fat Coconut Milk
30ml Coconut Water
