Tiffany & Co. x Tiong Bahru Bakery: A collab of paper flowers, coffee and flaky croissants
Breakfast at Tiong Bahru
Who can forget that opening scene of Breakfast af Tiffany's — where we first saw Audrey Hepburn as Holly Golightly peering wistfully into the window of Tiffany & Co. as she tucked into a Danish pastry and a cup of coffee. That scene alone, gave the film its iconic name and a provoking narrative for millions of women out there.
What would it be like to have breakfast at Tiffany's? You don't have to wonder no more. The American luxury jewellery house has landed in the flagship Tiong Bahru Bakery at Eng Hoon Street in a special week-long takeover, to celebrate the launch of the Tiffany Paper Flowers collection. No, we don't mean that diamonds are now available on the menu. Instead, Tiffany & Co. has painted the bakery with their signature hue — Tiffany Blue®, alongside a stunning window display of buckets filled with paper flowers and lively traffic cones reminiscent of the streets of New York City.
In line with the dreamy collab, a coffee cart will also be stationed in front of the Tiffany & Co. ION store on Orchard Road, where anyone can get a Tiong Bahru Bakery signature croissant and coffee on the house, just by posting a photo of the cart on social media. Hashtags to include? #TiffanyPaperFlowers and #TiongBahruBakery.
Needless to say, you'll definitely be 'Gramming the bakery's goods, because this coffee comes in a special Tiffany Blue® takeaway cup. Now, how often do those come by?
The Tiffany & Co. and Tiong Bahru Bakery collaboration is now available till 3 September. The coffee cart at Orchard Road will be open from 10am to 2pm. The Tiffany & Co. Paper Flowers collection will be available in all stores in Singapore from 1 September.
