The clock is ticking; it's Christmas season and if you're a few presents behind on current schedule, fret not — there's a one-stop haven to get most of the shopping done. Enter The Dark Gallery; because who doesn't love a decadent, bittersweet chocolate treat? If you know someone who doesn't quite fit the bill, well enlighten them with these festive bundles from the dark chocolate maison.

No prizes for guessing what's the underlying ingredient — but with The Dark Gallery's holiday collection, you'll get to choose from a slew varying in intensity and dark chocolate origins.

The Dark Gallery

Their new line of Gift Cubes are available in three selections. One: the Signature — of artisanal sablés in dark chocolate, parmesan, matcha and artisanal baked nuts featuring caramelised almonds and maple walnuts. Two: the Special — limited edition festive brittles, wafers and sablés in playful flavours like salted egg yolk and candied gingerbread. Three: the Grand Cru Collection — fit for the cognescenti. In this range, you'll find single origin chocolates in the form of savoury truffles and chocolate slabs (made from differing origins of cacao in places like Dominican Republic, Venezuela and Tanzania).

Spoilt for choice? Just go with any of their two hampers (Chocochromatic or Heritage Hamper); comprising of a medley of specials from the line of gift cubes. You can't actually go wrong with this extravagant option.

While you're there, order an ice cream log cake for your upcoming dinner party or even for another gift drop. You could either go with Venezuela 72% dark chocolate ice cream and dark chocolate mousse with dark chocolate sponge on a streusel base or signature 38% milk chocolate ice cream and hazelnut mousse dark chocolate sponge on an astreusel base. But then again, you could always have both. It's Christmas after all.
