Paying it forward

Text: Jeway Tan

As citizens of Singapore, we  have to admit we live in a country that's more privileged than others. Even in our self-proclaimed crisis of being stuck in our own country without the freedom to travel, we have been granted $100 worth of SingapoRediscovers Vouchers by our government to spend on touristy experiences. And if you're still racking your brains on how to make the most out of your $100, we've got an idea that might sound better than crashing for the night at one of our city's 5-star hotels. By paying it forward. Before they expire (which falls on the 30th of June), you can donate your voucher to a non-profit organisation of your choice via Klook's latest initiative, Klook Cares.

With your contributions, the underprivileged and migrant workers can get a chance to explore our city, while gaining unique experiences. We break down the various non-profits and what your $100 can transpire into.
