An interesting tasting yesterday for a new opening. These dishes are modern interpretations of Basque cuisine. The first dish is a take on the traditional #marmitako but with raw fresh bonito for a lighter and unique taste. Really tasty and a fantastic way to start a meal. The second dish is a robust risotto made with duck and incorporating all the parts of the fowl, gizzard, liver and all. It's topped witu house cured duck breast for a very luxurious but hearty dish.
