Really close to pre-baby size and shape! Here's what helped:
1. Doing confinement eating right.
2. Breastfeeding
3. Jamu Massage (I did it for 1 week with Aunty Rina)
4. Consistent wrapping/binding of the body and hips (8 weeks)
