**DOPE NEW RESTAURANT ALERT**
im not usually a bread person, and licorice is my most hated flavour on earth, but this extraordinary loaf at @cloudstreet.sg was barrier-breaking and got me craving for seconds - the stout and licorice rye bread is glazed with sticky sweet molasses, topped with coarse rock salt, and has the dopest crusty base ever. served midway through dinner, it is truly the most delicious bread course (by far) in singapore at the moment!

meal kicked off with a strong snack game of warm oysters wrapped in betel leaves and grilled over binchotan then served in a luxurious bath of coconut milk and basil oil, topped with spritely pops of fresh finger lime.   followed by sakura ebi  pocky  sticks, sicilian prawns, jeju abalone, grilled turbot fin on ribs, king crab with sri lankan curry, and finished with the best damn lamb ive ever had.
