elevated south indian cuisine with a mod twist? unheard of until @nadodikl came on my radar. kuala lumpur s fine-dining scene just got exciting.

the food was dope but the cocktails stole the show for me. this one here is the  wagyu vodka  - wagyu fat, vodka, rosemary, garlic and peppercorns shaken then finished with rice vinegar and burnt lemon oil morels.   looks and sounds so weird but all the flavours work in harmony. oh and ask for the  frozen lake  cocktail which was presented like a mini pond thats made of umami smoked-salmon flavoured gin... amongst many other things. but my favourite s gotta be the  rasam cocktail  (2nd pic) - its basically a reinvention of the traditional south indian soup, a @nadodikl signature, and the only cocktail ive had thats warm AND cold at once.
