SS16 Micro trend: Your next summer layering trick

Bralets over blouses

Adopt spring/summer 2016's styling quirk and master your summer outfits inside-out

Whining about the heat doesn't actually make it better. Two options: Deal with it, or work around it. Here at Buro, we're fans of the latter. Looking to the runways for its never-ending source of outfit inspiration, the season's heat-conscious styling trend — bralets over blouses — will have you forgoing jackets without actually giving up layering.

To channel the opulence of
Dries Van Noten's baroque-esque catwalk, pick a bralet of satin — or even sequin — finish to dress up any look. Alberta Ferretti's runway on the other hand, works best for the irrevocably bohemian, presenting the perfect excuse to give both your lace bralets and wispy tops a whirl. And if you're looking to get away with experimentalism of J.W.Anderson's standards, take heed our best advice and simply work it like you just don't care.
