Find out how you can pick up your online Uniqlo purchases in stores
Common first world problems to plague a fashion person: You make a purchase online, but because it gets lost in the mail on its way to you, you fly off without the jacket that would have been perfect for the Helsinki trip. And then there are those of us whose heart rates undergo stress strikes as we race home to meet our deliveryman, hoping that we don't have to reschedule for the third time.
Uniqlo's Click and Collect system eliminates these pesky scenarios. The free service allows customers shopping on the main site or app to opt to pick up their online orders regardless of size (no minimum purchase required) at the Uniqlo brick-and-mortar of their choice — within Singapore shores that is; Changi Airport Terminal 1 store excluded.
In a hurry, are we? Pay for the items in your cart before 3.30pm to have them arrive at your chosen Uniqlo outlet by 6pm the very next day; purchases made after 3.30pm will be delivered by 6pm on the day after next. The only caveat here is that the service is only available Mondays to Fridays.
Should plans change and you're unable to pick up your shopping, know that collection is possible up to 14 days from date of delivery. You may also appoint someone to fetch your buys — they only need to provide a copy of the shipment confirmation of order to be successful. However, abandoned packages ditched beyond day 14 will be returned to Uniqlo's warehouse and orders will be processed as returns for refund.
