Selena Gomez's first ready-to-wear collection with Coach will be available in Singapore soon
An alternative stage
It would appear that Coach Creative Director Stuart Vevers agrees with our sentiment. Back in collaboration with the musician after the release of her debut bag for the American label last quarter, Gomez's second venture, scheduled to be released this fall, will feature the full Coach she-bang including ready-to-wear, outerwear, handbags, small leather goods and other accessories.
No images have been officially released at time of publication, but Gomez did leak a teaser to her 134 million followers on Instagram. From it, we predict winter pastels as well as lace, perhaps a bit of festive embellishments, and based on what we know about Coach, also shearling and pinch of tartan.
"I am so excited to be working with Coach again," Gomez said. "Getting to create my own collection with Stuart has been such a fun process, and I can't wait for everyone to see what we have been working on over the past several months."
Vevers echoed the same sentiment: "I always look forward to designing with Selena because she has a strong point of view. We wanted to bring cool new ideas to the table and I loved getting her take on clothes as much as accessories this time around."
The heart wants what it wants, right?
