1. British Vogue puts Rihanna on its September cover
...dressed in a Prada dress and gloves. It wasn't the fashion the world is split about, but her Sharpie eyebrows on which she stands by: "Thin eyebrows are just beautiful, very ladylike... but it's still punk.". Rihanna can pull anything off. We're not Rihanna (ugh) so the tweezer will remain stowed.

2. Milla Jovovich stuns in the latest Balmain campaign
Speaking of '90s comebacks, this one is more attainable. Actress Milla Jovovich wears the best fall/winter 2018 Balmain looks in a artful video directed by Jake Nava and photographed by An Le. "Milla is the embodiment of the glamour of the '90s and she has a unique and compelling beauty that that absolutely fascinates me. Like Balmain, she manages to be both timeless and modern," said creative director Olivier Rousteing. Agreed.

3. Vans dips into the world of Post-Impressionist art
You'll probably never be able to afford a work of art by Van Gogh. Will you settle for Van Gogh shoes by Vans? The Californian skate brand has covered some of the artist's most iconic post-impressionist works (think: Skull, Almond Blossom, Sunflowers, and his famous self-portrait) on their most popular silhouettes, including the Old Skool, Authentic, Slip-On, and Sk8 Hi. Available now.

4. Calvin Klein applies pop-culture on underwear
Reason to pre-order the second edition of Calvin Klein underwear, stat: It's the first time the popular waistband bears both Calvin Klein and Andy Warhol's names side-by side. Part of the Andy Warhol: Exposures, '77-'85 capsule collection, provocative polaroid prints from Warhol's film Kiss are printed on an assortment of men's and women's T-shirts, tank tops, trunks, boxer briefs, bralettes, bikinis, and boy shorts.

    5. Marni Market pops up in Singapore
Having made rounds in a handful of Asian cities, the Marni Market has arrived at Singapore's Ion Orchard. Until 15 August, you'll find eccentric home improvement (and fashion) pieces such as trinket boxes shaped in village houses, as well as shopping totes, the Trunk bag, animal figurines and fruit-shaped bowls hand-woven by Colombian artisans. Adorable.

      6. Travis Scott releases limited edition 'Astroworld' merch
The 28-piece range dropped on Wednesday and will roll out over the course of nine days exclusively at Travis' official online store. Blink and you'll miss it, as new merch is scheduled to hit the site each day and they will only be available for 24 hours.

      7. Off-White x Nike collab had a second coming
A week after the black pair hit stores, the white pair dropped in stores on Friday. The second half of the Off-White x Nike "Polar Opposites" pack includes all of Virgil Abloh's signature bells and whistles. You're already too late to the game, but stalk hypebeasts' Instagrams (and the Carousell app) if you have an appetite for the hunt.

      7. The Weeknd and BAPE come together
Originally teased at Coachella earlier this year, the eight-piece capsule collection The Weeknd partnered with BAPE on dropped on August 4. The T-shirts, hoodies, sweatpants, jacket and iconic full-zip shark hoodie feature a custom XO BAPE Camo pattern in orange — The Weeknd's favourite colour. In stores now.

ICYMI, catch up on the previous week.
