Gucci introduces Link to Love jewellery collection.

Gucci's latest jewellery collection is designed to represent the infinite nature of love, life and togetherness. Link to Love is crafted in 18-carat white, yellow, and pink golds with an octagonal shape as a reference to the infinity shape of the number eight. The shape also allows for each piece to be perfectly stackable. And most importantly, Link to Love is a gender-neutral jewellery collection that's on brand with creative director Alessandro Michele's approach to fashion for Gucci.

Yeezy Gap unveils its first piece from the collaboration.

The aptly named 'round jacket' has made its official debut and is now up for pre-order through Gap. And as expected — as with everything else that Kanye West has been involved in — the site crashed due to an unexpected increase in traffic but was back up again shortly. The US$200 Yeezy Gap jacket is made of recycled nylon and is streamlined with no fastenings as well as minimal seamlines.

Evan Mock features in a short film for RIMOWA.

Upcoming Gossip Girl reboot star Evan Mock stars in a short film for RIMOWA. Mock travels around New York City with the RIMOWA Never Still messenger, contemplating about the daily commutes that are common to those in the city. From the subway to the Staten Island ferry to his own personal skateboard, Mock ponders on the often isolating experiences of commuting around New York City as opposed to the community-centred life growing up in Hawaii.

Loewe goes pink for Pink Dot 2021.

For the first time ever, Spanish fashion house Loewe showed support for Singapore's Pink Dot initiative. The Casa Loewe Singapore flagship in ION Orchard had its entrances tinted in pink in commemoration with this year's Pink Dot that went live on Saturday, 12 June 2021 at 8pm.

Coach set to premiere its first virtual concert.

Together with regional artists under the Def Jam SEA label, Coach is set to hold its first virtual concert this 24 June. The partnership will see musicians from Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Singapore's very own Yung Raja, Fariz Jabba and Alyph, perform while highlighting the brand's autumn 2021 collection. Members of the public can gain access to the concert with any purchase from Coach starting from now until 17 June 2021.

Matty Bovan wins International Woolmark Prize.

British fashion designer Matty Bovan has just been announced as the winner of this year's International Woolmark Prize. Not only did Bovan win the main award, he was also awarded with the Karl Lagerfeld Award for Innovation — he's only the second person to win both awards in the same year — gaining more than US$200,000 in cash.

Balenciaga debuts 'The Hacker Project' podcast.

After the debut of its spring 2022 runway collection, Balenciaga has just released a podcast called 'The Hacker Project'. The podcast (now available on Spotify) begins with a conversation between creative director Demna Gvasalia and Gucci creative director Alessandro Michele, talking about their successive collaborations that feature elements of each brand in their upcoming collections.

MCM gets a new monogram.

German brand MCM is known for its Visetos monogram that was once a staple in the K-pop community. Now the iconic monogram has been remixed in the form of the Vintage Jacquard Monogram where the it take on a more vintage aesthetic with the weaving of the monogram onto fabric. The new expression is apparent in the brand's capsule collection consisting of a series of accessories including caps, backpacks, and sneakers, in an array of colourways.
