The new 505C from Levi’s is a remake of the beloved 505

Born in the time of punk rock, the Levi's 505 has been dubbed the unofficial stage-jeans, carried off by the likes of Debbie Harry and the Ramones. Offering all the makings of a timeless fit, the 505 was loved for the fact that it was meant to be worn torn and thoroughly lived in. This year, the 505 is reinvented — bringing you the 505C.

Retaining all the well-loved features of the 505 — the classic straight leg style, rigid denim and original zip fly, the 505C ('C' stands for customised) now boasts a slimmer fit that's made for all body types. Available in a variety of washes and styles for men and women, lead the way in a classic piece of American denim reworked for today. Prices range from $119.90 to $169.90.

The 505C will be available in all Levi's stores from July 2016.
