An inside peek into the adrenaline-fuelled flurry of fashion week in the city of Seoul

At Seoul Fashion Week, the local models are the ultimate street style fodder. Move aside Gigi Hadid and Kendall Jenner — this city's fashion front is run by top dogs the likes of Irene Kim, Jung Ho Yeon and Kim Jin Kyung. As Buro 24/7 Singapore delved right into the heart of Seoul Fashion Week FW16, we've captured everything from the catwalk action, to the most adorable pint-sized street style icons, and backstage moments crucial to stitching together a 15-minute runway show.

As a bonus, we've also done the homework on Seoul's social media celebrity models-to-know. Snapped exiting the buzzing show location — Dongdaemun Design Plaza (DDP) — pre and post-show, look out for the latest fresh faces that K-fanatics have bestowed with the double tap on Instagram.

Lensed for none other than your voyeuristic pleasure, scroll down for a visual diary on the chaos, magic and mayhem at SFW.

Who needs coffee for early mornings when you've got a ride this sleek?

Fashion never sleeps: It's back to the shows with 87mm right on the nose of FW16's teddy bear shearling obsession

It's not just a girl's prerogative to have her eyebrows #OnFleek

Zipping between the neighbourhoods and back to DDP. Yup, it's not all glamour and games

Round sunglasses? Check. Patent leather coat? Check. Slouchy beret? Check. Even the grown-ups should take notes on this one

Show essentials: A handy clutch, iPhone 6S, Macbook and reflective shades — all the better for street style people watching

The festivities are winding down with the Nohke FW16 show

And the week is over: Here's a camera shy Susie Lau (@susiebubble) leaving DDP
