Louis Vuitton Series 3 Exhibition, Chapter 4: Five favourite stickers

Special feature

Text: Andrea Sim

In the fourth instalment of our series chronicling the Louis Vuitton Series 3 Exhibition, Buro picks our top five favourite LV stickers from the final room — the lounge

As you journey through the Series 3 exhibition encapsulating Louis Vuitton's past, present and future, be sure to visit the sprawling sticker wall in the final room: The Lounge.

Letters of the alphabet, iconic accessories from the fall/winter 2015 runway and, the show location (the Buckminster Fuller geodesic domes) take form in LV sticker collectibles. After getting up close and personal with the actual products in the accessories gallery, exhibition goers are invited to take these stickers with them as a piece of the maison to keep forever.

Embrace the travel ethos of Louis Vuitton and personalise your luggage with your initials. Or, better yet, get creative and personalise your goods with the FW15 accessories that you're coveting. Here, we share five of our favourite stickers from the selection that now decorate our phones, notebooks and travel bags — that is, a visual reminder of our Christmas wishlist.

1. Boîte Promenade GM
Key feature: Modelled after the Boîte Falcons first created in 1960, down to the orignal shape and size.
Best worn with: Boyish tailoring. Do as the men do in slim-cut trousers, a crisp button-down and brogues to highlight the hard, masculine edges of the mini trunk.
Choose from: Croisiere, Epi, Malletage and Monogram.

2. Petite Malle
Key feature: It's form is inspired by the storied trunks of the house. The newly iconic accessory is given a seasonal update with the monogram flower motif, juxtaposed with a smattering of badass chrome studs.
Best worn with: A cheeky sheer blouse and A-line skirt to give the handsome accessory a feminine edge.
Choose from:  Epi, animal and graphic print, and orange.

Best worn with: Rockstar attitude draped in leather trousers with tubular knee patches, paired with a cotton T-shirt. The architectural lines of the bag speaks for itself.
Choose from: Monogram, and colours noir, camel and saumon (coral).

Best worn with: Muted metallic eveningwear to keep in stride with the bag's metal armour that's out of this world.
Choose from: Metal, animal print and champagne (pearly pink).
