Taylor Swift has finally decided to become political. Since her endorsement of two democratic candidates in Tennessee in October last year, Taylor is determined to shed her good-girl-gone-bad image with her the release of her upcoming album, Lover, in August 2019.

Her latest single, "You Need To Calm Down", is a bubblegum-sweet LGBTQ-friendly anthem that coincides with Pride Month. Since its release earlier this week, reactions to its star-studded MV have been polarising to say the least.
