Love takes on many forms — head-banging headiness, haunting whispers and delicious ease — all encapsulated in this weekend's round-up of old and new
We've been pretty busy this week choosing our favourites — there are just too many good tunes dropping all the time. To start off the weekend, you can't go wrong with RAC's remix of The Drums' Kiss Me Again, one of our best-loved rejigs this season. Foals takes on a heavier, rockier sound with What Went Down, in anticipation of their upcoming album in August. Little Boots' Better In The Morning is a bubbly electro-pop refresher on late night liaisons, while relationship woes intensify in Inheaven's Regeneration. On the local front, buzz around Gentle Bones' performance at the recent Pink Dot and his upcoming single release in July has us inkling for Jeff Hue's remix of Save Me. We're also giving props to Daphne Tan for last night's launch of her EP, Where No One Is, with her chilling rendition of Lucy Rose's Shiver. What a way to wind down the weekend.
