Will King talks to the Kate Moss killers on reviving a beloved British classic, working with supermodels and what it's really like to be fabulous

More glitz, more glamour — that's what you should expect from Absolutely Fabulous. First airing in 1992, the BBC sitcom was a favourite for the "abfab" world, which involved the adventures of PR executive Edina (Jennifer Saunders) and journalist Patsy (Joanna Lumley). Think Romy and Michele on an endless high school reunion, but racier, trashier and all the more delicious. Other characters are returning to this reboot, such as Edina's straight-talking, serious daughter Saffron, played by Julia Sawalha.

From the glamorous rooftop parties in London to the glittery coasts of the south of France, the movie involves a certain Kate Moss murder mystery in the midst of the duo desperately trying to save Edina's PR company. Will King had the pleasure of chatting with the leads Saunders and Lumley as well as Mandie Fletcher, the director. Watch the video interview above to find out more on the film as they dished on working with Moss and escaping to France.

Absolutely Fabulous will be showing in local theatres from 25 August.
