You’ll be a few sleeps away from a better complexion after visiting Estée Lauder’s Power of Night pop-up

When it comes to skincare, the fastidious and conscientious are not ones to let pampering opportunities pass them by. Stuck in a steel cage in the sky for hours on end? Slap a face mask on. Slight lull during work hours? No better time to bust out the hand cream. Languishing in an all-too-humid, crowded train cabin? A spritz of face mist keeps parched skin (and those who lack an understanding of personal space) away.

It is a mindset that extends even to sleep. As it rightfully should, with how a large part of skin renewal and rejuvenation occurring during shut-eye. Sleep deprivation is culprit to many a woe, from accelerated skin ageing to an increased susceptibility to damage by environmental aggressors — a.k.a. the fast route to a dull, tired complexion.

The best way to combat this is, of course, to do as the assiduous do: by investing in night repair products that do the most of your skin, especially while slumbering. An idea: get started at Estée Lauder's Power of Night pop-up.

Open to the public from the 23 to 24 of March, visitors can wander the starry, star-speckled space and learn all about the tips and tricks to maximising every second of beauty sleep. Spoiler ahead! It involves the use of star Estée Lauder product, the Advanced Night Repair. There are also interactive quizzes, photo spots, and beauty stations to be experienced, with Pro Artists available for quick touch-ups using (but of course) best-selling Estée Lauder products.

The draw to starting up on a new and improved bedtime renewal routine is stronger with the inclusion of an Advanced Night Repair Serum you can take home with each completed quiz. This is the only time we'll encourage you to hit that snooze button. Your skin depends on it.

The Estée Lauder Power of Night pop-up is located at Visual Arts Centre, #01-02 Dhoby Ghaut Green. Opening hours are from 11am to 8pm. Admission is free, but it is recommended that you pre-register and RSVP here.
