Riffing off its #ChangeDestiny hashtag, SK-II's limited edition festive bottle designs are a breath of fresh air

If you're into the whole 'a change would do you good' ethos, you'll love the motivational slogans emblazened on SK-II's festive editions of its Facial Treatment Essence. This time, the brand's signature skin saviour has gone opague, with rainbow graffiti slogans decorating the all-white exterior. Choose from three pearls of wisdom: 'Be the person you decide to be', 'Change is in all of us' and 'Destiny is a matter of choice'. To commemorate these limited edition bottles, the brand has also unveiled a film featuring three Asian icons, each representing a bottle. The three women featured are Chinese singer-songwriter Dou Jing Tong, K-pop star Choi Sooyoung and Japanese actress Haruka Ayase. We think it's nice that the brand has used Asian ambassadors for this campaign.

Even for these successful women, change and finding that clear vision, was not always an easy process. Says Ayase, "There was a time when I felt lost about what I wanted to achieve and the vision of who I should be. But I put my heart into every opportunity and realised that I really enjoyed all forms of acting. I feel if I continue to do my best in what I feel is intuitively right for me, my dream will come true." Dou adds, "I think to be the person you decide to be is not easy and takes a lot of courage, even for me." The pop-up is both an installation art piece that is free to visitors, as well as a place you can get a skin diagnosis and pick up the limited edition gift sets.
