Porcelain relaunches its online store with two new skincare staples

Homegrown facial and skincare brand Porcelain has a new hydrating serum and cleanser among its offerings

We've already reviewed Porcelain's treatments, with a glowing recommendation, especially for its signature Quintessential facial. Now the brand is refocusing its efforts on its online store, relaunching it here and even offering worldwide shipping to 220 countries and territories. You can also look forward to live chat consulting round the clock (should you need to figure out exactly what to get for your skin), as well as special, online-only offers, like gifts with purchases and travel skincare sets.

And if you're keen to get started on your skincare routine, the brand's two, new products can be used on almost any skin type to hydrate, calm and revive skin. First up, the Porcelain Balance Daily Cleansing Gel is a resurrected staple that is back by popular demand, thanks to Porcelain's regulars. An improved version of the brand's discontinued Balance Deep Cleansing Gel, this one includes coconut extracts as well as an AHA (malic acid) a BHA (salicylic acid) and tea tree oil in its formula to keep skin clean and spot-free. The brand has also created a super serum called the HA+ Hydrating Serum.

Porcelain Travel Essentials Anti-Ageing, $235

Don't let the clear colour and light texture fool you —  this is one hardworking product. Plus the fact that this just sinks into skin and doesn't leave stickiness, means it's great for those who are not into layering products or who have been reluctant to step up their skincare game for various reasons. Each bottle contains a mix of four customised complexes that help to target four areas: Skin sensitivity, premature ageing, a lack of hydration as well as acne breakouts. Funnily enough, although they seem like very disparate problems, many women find ourselves suffering from three to four of these issues at once. What's inside this miracle serum? Wakame to reduce redness and wrinkles, probiotics to counteract the bacteria that causes acne, elderflower to fight against free radicals as well as dual-chained hyaluronic acid (that's the HA in the name) to hydrate skin intensely.

This serum is so intelligent it can work on completely opposite skin types. Those with oily skin will see the curbing of sebum overproduction and a reduction in acne without the need for harsh ingredients, while those with dry skin will see an improvement in conditions like flakiness, fine lines and dehydration. And if you have super-sensitive or even eczema-prone skin, you will find that your skin is better protected against irritation and inflamation.

$59 - $198. Available at Porcelain stores and in its online store
