Discover Nicki Minaj's take on the 'my lips but better' trend
It's no secret that M.A.C has a great partnership with Trinidadian rapper Nicki Minaj, whom they have worked with since 2010. Their first ever collaboration was on a limited edition lipstick called Pink 4 Friday to commemorate the release of her similarly-named debut album. Next, she did her part for the AIDS/HIV cause, when she teamed up with singer Ricky Martin for Viva Glam in 2012. And then the following year, she launched her second Viva Glam collection with the brand. Now Minaj is moving in another direction with her take on an eternal lippie favourite: The nude lip. With the 'my lips but better' trend in full force, M.A.C is the perfect brand to offer a wide selection of nude lipsticks, liners and lipglasses to create your perfect bare, but beautiful pout, no matter your skin tone.
Curated by the brand for this collection, are a whopping 20 shades of nude lipsticks. Two of the colours were specially created by Minaj herself. The first is Nicki's Nude, a soft coral pink, and the second is, The Pinkprint, a mid-tone, creamy pink. These two shades will come in a specially packaging marked with her signature. And if these shades don't flatter you, fret not. There are 18 more lippies, 6 lipglasses (two of which are new shades) as well as 8 lip pencils to choose from.
