1. James Charles garners flak for his latest pregnancy-themed video.

Titled "24 Hours Being Pregnant!!", the 15-minute clip features Charles donning a prosthetic belly all while completing a series of tasks issued by fellow influencer, Laura Mellado. This includes getting into a car; experiencing fake contractions; and undergoing a pregnancy photoshoot, apparently. And while it seems like the video was made in good fun, the Internet has accused Charles of making light of the multitude of complications that come with child-bearing.

To his credit, Charles did present a disclaimer when the video commenced, claiming that it was not his intention to mock. He has also pledged to donate a portion of the video proceeds to charities dedicated to assisting women who experience birthing complications.

2. Goop has dropped their first-ever vibrator.

Meet the Double-Sided Wand Vibrator. One end is equipped with a wonder-ball wand that emits "deep, rumbly vibrations" to grant external stimulation, while the other comes with a slimmer, flexible apparatus designed to pleasure the clit. It comes with eight intensity levels and pulsating patterns that you'll be able to adjust with their "subtle, ergonomically placed controls." Unfortunately, it's already sold out, but we foresee a re-stock coming sometime soon.

3. Sofia Vergara is all-set to launch her beauty brand.

The news first broke via WWD, though it seems most of the details are still shrouded in mystery. The brand's name and category has not been revealed, though one of Vegara's business partners has disclosed that fans can expect "smart products and solutions for skincare, beauty and health" that will likely "be a success in the United States." How intriguing.

4. Huda Beauty will be releasing their highly-anticipated — and first-ever — brow product.

It's been a project three years in the making. According to founder, Huda Kattan, the #BombBrows Microshade Brow Pencil is waterproof; comes with a super-fine tip for realistic, hair-like strokes; and creates the illusion of micro-bladed arches. Available in eight hues, it will hit online shelves come 23 February.

5. SinfulColors names Saweetie as their latest ambassador.

Congratulations on yet another fortuitous partnership. To be fair, though, Saweetie is a natural choice for the label — the rapper flexes some seriously impressive talons on the regular ranging from lengthy acrylics to bedazzled gel manis. According to a press release, she will be featured in the brand's latest campaigns, and will be assisting in developing future collections with SinfulColors. Exciting stuff, alright.

6. Bettina Goldstein has crafted a ring that doubles as a nail polish palette.

It's likely you've seen this popular nail artist's work on your IG feed. Beyond crafting up intricate designs, Goldstein has taken it a step further and released an oval-shaped gold ring that can be used as a mini-palette for delicate nail-art brushes. When asked about her inspiration behind the multi-functional accessory, Goldstein cites the "constant exposure to varnish and harsh solvents" that would regularly break down her brushes and palettes within a couple of uses. Even better: the ring is adjustable and can comfortably fit sizes 4 —11.

7. Yet another TikTok user has gone viral for putting Gorilla Glue in their hair.

No, seriously. And yes, this is despite Tessica Brown's harrowing and well-documented experience. The next victim: Avani Reyes, a beauty influencer who dropped a video of herself attempting to comb out her glued-down, matted locks. To state the obvious, she continued by saying, "You guys, my hair will not comb." Duh. The Internet is, naturally, incensed, and has deemed this an attention-grabbing stun. R.I.P. her hair, we guess.

8. Clarins opens a new counter at ONE Assembly Raffles City.

This makes this the skincare brand's eighth counter in Singapore. Not only will it have the full-range of skincare products available, fans will also be able to pick up Clarins' home fragrances and candles too. Drop by BHG Raffles City to see it for yourself.
