With gorgeous spokesmodels Blake Lively and Eva Longoria fronting the campaign, L'Oréal Paris introduces a new formula for their best-selling True Match foundation

When it comes to foundation, finding the right shade is half the battle. Finding the right formula for your skin type is another thing altogether. But while we would strongly advocate splurging (if need be) to find the perfect foundation shade, you'll be pleasantly surprised at what even drugstore brands have to offer, as these brands have started to cater to Asian-specific skin tones.

Loreal True Match

L'Oréal Paris makes use of its access to the latest technology to further perfect their signature True Match range. The new formula blends five unique pigments to match the undertones of Asian skin. In addition, the brand has created super fine pigments so that foundation blends seamlessly even without a foundation brush. Lastly, thanks to a mix of four volatile expert oils, pigments in the formula are distributed evenly for a smooth and even finish on skin.

True to its ethos of celebrating all skin tones, the six shades available in Singapore range from Rose Ivory to Gold Cream. What we look forward to? Even more shades for tanned and dark-complexioned women in the future.

The new True Match foundation, $30.90, will be available from October
