It's safe to say that Chantecaille is no stranger to collaborations. In its 23 years of operation, the brand has partnered up with countless charities in support of various environmental causes. From climate change to illegal poaching, the intent — and message — behind each team-up is crystal-clear as demonstrated by its distinctly befitting packaging and formulations.
Their latest venture is no different, harbouring a thoughtfulness and wit characteristic of the botanical-focused label. In celebration of their second-year-anniversary on our shores, they've partnered with five-star luxury establishment, the InterContinental Singapore, to craft a luxurious dining experience like no other. Drawing inspiration from the fan-favourite Rose de Mai range, chef Eric Neo has curated a custom menu featuring flower-themed delicacies aplenty. Think tarts topped with delicate floral chocolates; sakura mousse with peach jelly; and shortbread paired with dome-shaped rose tea.
And if that wasn't indulgent enough, there'll also be a desserts station with unlimited servings of ice cream, baked crumble, and bread pudding provided. These sweet confections are complemented by savoury fare in the vein of quiches, pita, and cranberry rolls.
Visitors will be able to experience this culinary journey beginning 1 April, where complimentary Chantecaille gift bags will also be issued containing — ya guessed it —products from the Rose de Mai range. Prices begin at SGD88 for two guests inclusive of a selection of loose-leaf teas and coffees. Those who'd prefer some bubbly, on the other hand, can opt for the SGD118 selection which comes with two flutes of Tattinger Brut Champagne. Talk about stopping to smell the roses, huh?
